What is the composition of the JALIZA braided wigs?

JALIZA braided wigs are made with either premium Japanese synthetic fiber, 100% virgin human hair, or a combination of both. Unless specifically labeled as a β€œ100% human hair braided wig,” most styles feature synthetic fiber braids combined with virgin human hair for the boho curls and baby hair. The synthetic fiber ensures long-lasting shape and style, while the human hair adds softness, tangle-free curls, and easy styling.

What practical braided wig care tips can you provide?

a. Handle Gently: When managing your braided wig, be soft and avoid tugging on the strands. Detangle using your fingers.

b. Heat Protection: Avoid exposing synthetic braids to high heat, as it can cause melting or frizzing. Do not use hot tools like straighteners or curling irons on them. However, heat can be safely used to style the human hair boho curls.

c. Wash & Apply Gel: Avoid frequent washing, as it may loosen the boho curls. When washing is needed, apply a curl-defining gel afterward to help maintain their shape.

d. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Steer clear of harsh chemicals and abrasive brushes on your braided wig to prevent fiber damage and extend its lifespan.

How should I store my wigs?

Store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use to preserve its shape and prevent tangling. Keep the wig away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperatures to maintain its quality.

How To Wash This Wig?

1. Fill a sink with warm water and a small amount of moisturizing shampoo.
2. Submerge the wig and gently swishβ€”don’t rub or wring.
3. Rinse thoroughly, squeeze out excess water, and pat dry with a towel.
4. Apply a curl-defining gel to the boho curls to help maintain their shape.

 

No time for a full wash? Lightly spray the wig with a water + conditioner mix to revive the curls, then finish with a bit of gel for hold and bounce.

What payment options do I have?

We accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, JCB, and Diners Club. Installment options are available via AfterPay, Shop Pay, Zip, and Klarna.

How to apply a discount code to your order?

a. At checkout, enter your coupon code and click "Apply" to activate the discount, which will then be reflected in your order total.

b. Remember to click "Apply" before proceeding to checkout to ensure the discount is applied.

c. Enter the coupon code exactly as received, without any spaces. For accuracy, consider copying and pasting the code directly.

Important Tips

Time-Sensitive Promotions: Some promo codes are time-limited. Ensure your order is placed within the promo's validity period.

 

One Code Per Order: Only one promo code can be applied per order. If you've already used a code, additional codes cannot be used for the same order.

 

Exclusions: Some promos have exclusions and may not apply to certain items or categories. Check the terms of the promo for any specific exclusions.

What if I forget to apply a discount code during ordering?

If you forget to apply a discount code when ordering, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for order cancellation. Note that orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer installments?

Yes, we provide installment payments through AfterPay, Shop Pay, Zip Pay and Klarna.

Can I use JL Club points to get a discount on my order?

Yes! You can redeem your JL Club points at checkout. Every 5 points equals $1 off. You can use up to 150 points per order, which gives you $30 off your total.

Do I need to pay the shipping fee?

We offer free shipping for all wig orders within the United States, Canada, and all of Europe, excluding remote areas.

Is delivery available to my country?

We deliver to many regions in the US, Canada, and across Europe, including France, Germany, the UK, Belgium, and more. If your country isn't listed and you wish to purchase, please contact our customer service at support@jaliza.com for assistance.

How long does it take to receive my package after placing an order?

Order Delivery Time Breakdown:

a. Processing Time: Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 business hours.

b. Shipping Time: Enjoy free delivery within 3–7 business days! Delivery times vary based on location:

 

US: Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Orders shipped from our US warehouse typically arrive in 3 business days, while orders from our overseas warehouse take up to 7 business days.


Canada, Australia & Europe: Most orders are delivered in approximately 5–7 business days.

 

For even faster delivery, you can upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout, with orders arriving within 3 business days!

My package is missing, can you help?

Please contact support@jaliza.com if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier, we would be happy to assist.

Can I cancel my order?

We support order cancellations before the product is shipped, and you will receive a full refund. Please contact us at support@jaliza.com ASAP.

How can I modify my order?

a. Prior to dispatch, cancel your current order and place a new one with your preferred items.

b. After dispatch, product switches are possible. Return the original items in new and unused condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us for the return warehouse address relevant to your location. Please check out our Return Policy for detailed information.

Where is another package?

In cases where multiple items are ordered from different warehouses, each will be dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery times may vary based on warehouse locations, so packages may arrive on different days. Track your packages at www.17track.net for free.

Can I change the shipping address?

a. Before shipping: Contact us to update the address.

b. After shipping: Address changes are not possible. Please ensure accuracy when initially providing your shipping address.

Can You Help with a damaged product?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@jaliza.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
